Nutritional counseling

Individual nutritional advice has many more possibilities and applications than just reducing body weight. The backgrounds can vary accordingly, from athletes who want to build muscle mass and strength, to reducing food intolerances, to supporting the treatment of inflammatory diseases or pain conditions.

This requires an insight into personal eating habits, for example what is eaten, when and how often? How does digestion work? Are there unpleasant symptoms such as heartburn, flatulence or constipation? Do I have intolerances or allergies? Do I feel full after eating?

After a detailed medical history, many valuable tips can often be formulated, but sometimes it makes sense to carry out further tests, such as stool samples.

The recommendations are based in a non-dogmatic way on how we humans have eaten for many millennia (some people know this approach under the extended term "Paleo"), but with consideration of modern possibilities and circumstances, as well as personal values and nutritional ideas.
